Fusing conservation literacy with real-world learning.

For up to ten students, our two hour program led by expert educators guide your student through site observation, hypothesis formulation, and data collection from natural areas as we explore the Scientific Method together. Part one of the program covers field techniques, and Part two covers our indoor learning in our mobile classroom lab!

Our TEKS aligned STEM programs give your student real-world experience in some beautiful natural areas in East Texas!

Know Before You Go

We learn outdoors, and we want you to be prepared! When you experience our program, you will want a refillable water bottle for everyone present, sunscreen, and insect repellent if desired. Everyone should wear long pants and sturdy closed-toe shoes. Water-proof boots (and maybe spare socks!) are preferable.

Each student needs to bring a sack lunch and snacks. Outdoor learning is hungry work! We will have running water, a/c, and restroom space available in our mobile classroom lab.

Parents & Guardians: We will have a lounge area in a/c for you, but you will be expected to be present and an active participant in facilitating an optimal learning environment! We want your students to have the most impactful and memorable experience!
